Research shows physical fitness benefits the brain and body. Paired with proper nutrition, it’s a recipe for success. Whole Again emphasizes physical fitness as part of summer program and throughout the year. In addition to the daily physical fitness activity, we were blessed to be able to partner with The Flying Pig Marathon in Cincinnati. They have developed a Hog Log that encourages our children to stay active and log/track their activity on a form that is provided to them. In recognition of their accomplishment, they participate in the Kid’s Marathon during the main event weekend. It is exciting and we plan on continuing this partnership for many years to come.
