Partner Spotlight!

Whole Again is blessed to be in partnership with City Gospel Mission, who has helped increase staff capabilities for the busy summer months. City Gospel Mission was founded in 1924, focusing on “breaking the cycle of poverty and despair one life at a time” through four main causes:  food and shelter, recovery, jobs, and youth. Both Whole Again and City Gospel Mission are local nonprofits serving Cincinnati and surrounding communities and include programs focusing on youth from financially under-resourced families.

Two faith-based youth programs of City Gospel Mission are Princesses Ballet and Whiz Kids. Princesses Ballet provides ballet training at sites around the Greater Cincinnati area to girls ages 3-18 who otherwise would not have access to quality dance lessons. It gives the girls priceless development and tools for success, such as discipline, hard work, grace, confidence, and spiritual and physical exercise. Whiz Kids provides relational 1:1 literacy tutoring to elementary school youth reading below grade level. City Gospel Mission works with local churches primarily, to provide these and other youth programs. Please visit www.citygospelmission.org to learn more about Princesses Ballet, Whiz Kids, and the many other services that City Gospel Mission offers for youth and adults.

PARTNERS

We are extremely grateful for these organizations and individuals who responded to our call to meet the needs of at risk youth in our community. Their sponsorship and donations of both funding and time have kept Whole Again active in the fight against childhood hunger.
